EACH USER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT CONNECT2IT IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING OTHER USERS AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH EACH USER. c) For a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase (“the Warranty Period”) of any product provided through the Service, Connect2it warrants that products provided through the Service will be free from defects in material or manufacture and will perform substantially in accordance with the written specifications and documentation contained on the Website and/or supplied with the product.
